Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Is billing monthly or yearly?
The subscription is billed yearly at the discounted rate of $4.99/month (i.e., $59.88/year). This gets you the best value compared to a monthly billing option.

How do I use the mockups with my designs?
Simply download your chosen mockup, open it in Photoshop (or compatible software), and place your design into the smart object layer. Save and export — your product image is ready! Most mockups include step-by-step instructions.
Are new mockups added regularly?
Yes! We regularly add fresh mockups to the library. As a subscriber, you get instant access to every new addition at no extra cost. Follow us on social media to stay updated on new releases.
Licensing
Can I use mockups for commercial purposes?
Yes! All mockups come with full Commercial Rights. You can use them for your online store, social media, client projects, Etsy, Amazon, or any other commercial platform.

Are these mockups POD-friendly?
Absolutely. Our license explicitly covers Print-on-Demand use. Whether you're using Printful, Printify, Redbubble, Merch by Amazon, or any other POD platform, you're fully covered.
Can I resell the mockup files themselves?
No. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the mockup files themselves. The license covers using them to create and sell products and marketing materials — not redistribution of the original files.

How do I create an account?

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the Sign In page, click Forgot Password? and enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Can I change my account email or details?
Yes! Log into your account and navigate to Account Settings to update your email address, password, or billing information. If you need further help, contact our support team.
Technical
Do I need Photoshop to use the mockups?
No. Adobe Photoshop is not required. Our mockups are provided in JPG/PNG format, so you can use them with any image editing tool.
You can easily place your design using free tools like Canva, Photopea, or any other image editor you prefer.
I'm having trouble downloading a mockup. What should I do?
First, try refreshing the page and attempting the download again. Make sure you're signed in with an active subscription. If the problem persists, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Still stuck? Contact support and we'll resolve it quickly.
Is there a download limit per month?
With an active subscription, you get unlimited downloads — download as many mockups as you need, as often as you need them. The free trial includes 10 downloads to get you started.
